THey actully had photos of Rob Lowe up in your school? He was certainly a model of behaviour! You're right that California is broke, but I don't think it can be blamed on one party. The whole political and legislative system system is broke. Pun intended. Since I work for the State of CA, I get to smell the baloney every day.
